Adi Levin's Blog for programmers

About

Near the Danuba river

I am Adi Levin, I am 38 years old, married + 2 kids, living in Nes-Tziona, Israel. I am a mathematician (Ph.D) and programmer.

The purpose of this blog is to share my thoughs and ideas about programming in general and more specifically on multithreading. I am in the process of writing a course on multithreading, using C++ on Windows. The entire material of the course is published online here.

A few words about myself: I like working-out, playing the piano, reading, playing chess, and many other activities. I published a number of academic papers in the field of applied mathematics, but now I am not doing any academic research. I also like teaching and giving presentations. You can read more about me in my Tel-Aviv university home-page, and in my LinkedIn profile.
